How do I schedule my first visit?
Once you complete your enrollment, you will receive a welcome email with a direct link to our private patient portal. From there, you can pick a time to establish care that works best for you.
Can I message my doctor directly?
Absolutely. As a member, you have secure portal access to your clinician. We encourage you to reach out whenever a health concern arises, no matter how small, and we'll get you in for an evaluation.
Are labs and imaging included?
While the membership covers all of your primary care acute visits and direct access to your clinician, outside services like labs and imaging are billed separately. However, we have negotiated significant discounts with local partners to keep your out-of-pocket costs low.
Is there a long-term contract?
We believe in earning your trust every month. There is no long-term commitment required. You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Our membership provides comprehensive primary care, but we recommend pairing it with a high-deductible insurance plan or health sharing ministry to cover catastrophic events, specialist care, or hospitalizations.
